Whether your trip to Campbell River is for business or pleasure, this spacious and comfortable home is an excellent base for work and adventure.
Open, Bright, Light, Spacious
The steep driveway leads you through the front door onto the top floor of the house, which is open concept with huge windows giving a panoramic view of Discovery Passage, Quadra Island and the Salish Sea to the south. The cosy living room with a fireplace is open to the dining area, which flows to the kitchen; you have an incredible ocean view from anywhere in this living room.
Loaded Kitchen
The kitchen is modern and bright, with a beautiful maple floor, and cabinets hand-crafted from local wood. All the amenities you need to prepare your own meals are provided in this spacious cooking space. The open concept makes entertaining very social, with easy access onto the deck for dining outdoors; or, relax at the indoor dining table and watch the marine activities and stormy weather in comfort.
Master Bedroom
Located on the main floor the master bedroom has a deluxe King bed and stunning ocean views. The en suite bathroom boasts a long bathtub with shower. Also on the main floor is a second bedroom located at the back of the house, with Queen bed. A second bathroom is also down this hallway, with tub and shower.
Office Workspace
Finally, the third room down the bedroom wing has been outfitted as an office; ideal for anyone looking to work while away but not disrupt the other’s holidays!
Self-Sufficient Main LevelRounding out the self-sufficiency of the upper area of the house is a laundry room, and access to the 2 car garage.
Huge Downstairs Living Space
Downstairs, the lower floor is the same size as the upper level, with a massive carpeted family room that open onto a cement patio via sliding glass doors. This living space is also very well lit with natural light flooding through the many windows.
Two More Bedrooms
These bedrooms also have a lower-angle view to the Discovery Passage and share a bathroom with houses a shower and tub. Both have Queen beds.
