Interior Details
This fully furnished, beautifully decorated home has rich wood laminate flooring throughout the entire one-level building. The kitchen is open concept to the dining and living area, which backs out onto a patio overlooking the 5th tee of the golf course. The well-equipped kitchen has ample counter space, a natural gas oven and a deluxe BBQ on the back patio with a back burner and searing burner on the side.
Bedroom Layout
The master bedroom, with a plump and cosy queen bed, looks out onto the green as well. There is a large walk-through closet which leads to the private ensuite bath with double shower. The second bedroom is located at the front of the house, offering privacy to guests, with another luxurious double bed. On-demand gas heated water ensures unlimited hot water for showers and laundry.
Home Office
A separate office is located just off the kitchen, with an excellent workstation to set up your own computer. A printer/scanner/fax is provided, and the home has wireless internet connection.

Offseason Long Term Rental
During windy, winter days the living room is a cosy retreat, with comfortable furniture, a gas fireplace, and television with a basic cable package. DVD and VCR are available for home movies, and Campbell River has 2 movie cinemas and a theatre. The Shades of Green gated community is only 3 minutes away from downtown Campbell River, 25 minutes from Mount Washington ski resort, and is built in the centre of the golf course. The local swimming pool and recreation complex is close by, and offers great programs such as yoga, aquafit classes, weight training and has a nice whirlpool, steamroom, and sauna. Pottery classes and other winter activities are on offer, please inquire!
