Kayak and bike rentals, boat trips, Rebecca Spit, ocean access in Drew Harbour, the grocery store, post office, pub and the legion are all walking distance.
Sunrises & Backyard Privacy
The eastern exposure offers lovely sunrises, and the private backyard has a secluded patio and shady spots to escape the summer sun. The front yard has a grassy play area that is completely enclosed by a fence of live shrubbery…perfect for young toddlers.
Oceanviews from Every Room
The home is built into the hillside to maximize views out to the ocean on both levels. The sunken living area has high ceilings that are open concept to the kitchen and dining area located above, creating an open and spacious feeling. Tall windows allow in the natural light from outside. Several comfy couches and carpet make this a cosy communal area.
Social Kitchen & Dining Area
The elevated kitchen, also offering views of the mountains, has a propane cooking stove, dishwasher, microwave and plenty of counter space with barstools to lounge on. With a dining area immediately beside it, this is a perfect set-up for socializing while cooking and eating. It is easy to continue through the kitchen to the patio out back, which offers private sitting areas, the BBQ and more gardens.
Two Queen Bedrooms Nice for Couples
All three bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the upper level. The presence of two Queen beds is well suited for 2 couples travelling together, and the third bedroom has twin beds for kids or adults.

Woodstove is offlimits in summer.
