Oceanfront Downtown Location
Nestled right down beside the ocean, with a view straight across the ocean channel of Quadra Island, this ground level condo unit offers a peaceful waterfront atmosphere. Yet the busy downtown area of Campbell River is only a kilometre away.
Keyboard, Books, Computer
After a morning walk along the sea walk, enjoy a book from the library, or play a tune on the full sized Roland keyboard. The cosiness of living room is nice to enjoy by yourself, or while entertaining a small group of friends.

The stereo has radio, CD player, and a docking station for IPOD and MP3 players.
Migratory Birds
Bird watchers will be in heaven, as the focal point of the condo is the ocean shoreline which is part of a migratory path for many birds.
Large Windows
All areas of the accomodation have large front windows looking out onto the marine channel. Porpoise, seals, otters, and whales use this channel during their travels so keep an eye open for a dorsal fin or flaring nostrils of a sea lion. You will be entertained by the passing cruise ships, tug boats, and yachts.

Wonderfully decorated with Queen Anne chairs, American Dixie bedroom furniture, and a Morris sideboard.
Bedroom Movie Viewing
And if we are getting some rainy weather, curl up in bed and treat yourself to a lazy movie afternoon!
Pet Conditions
Only small pets are permitted in this condo. You must be able to carry your pet down the hallway. And the furry one will really appreciate living on the ground floor with sliding glass doors leading out onto the patio and grassy yard out front.
