Duplex With Neighbouring Rental
Island View is half of a duplex with Eagle View; they share a back apartment with 2 bedrooms and an additional bathroom. The additional unit can be added to either side, and locks for privacy when not in use. Both sides of the duplex have their own private deck and hot tub.
Deals Available for Kids 8-16
A discount is available for kids, but please be aware that this area is not ideal for young kids as there is a substantial drop to the ocean below. Therefore we do not encourage children under 8 years of age, and trust you will use your judgement on whether this is suitable for your children.
Dock Space Included
The large dock makes access easy for arrival by private boat or float plane or your personal fishing guide can pick you up right at your doorstep. Kids may also enjoy fishing from the dock, but please note that this is a Catch and Release Only area. To fill your bellies and freezer, we recommend booking a trip with the experts!

The Quadra area is one of the top dive destinations in North America, and world reknown dive sites are located just off this shoreline.
Telescope for Wildlife Viewing
A high power telescope in the living room brings all the outdoor activity right to you. While relaxing on the expansive deck or in the hot tub, enjoy the sight of passing pods of orca whales, dolphins, or cruise ships, ferries, and private yachts.
Open Concept with Sunken Living Room
An open kitchen and dining area overlook a large sunken living room that features an antique, square grand piano. A small wet bar, pleasant furnishings, and a wall of windows overlooking the ocean complete the public living area. Cable TV is included.
Many Beds for Groups
Just 3 bedrooms are able to accommodate up to 10 people, and if you need room for more, an adjacent unit can sleep another 5 people in 2 bedrooms with a bath.
Year-round, you’ll enjoy the view of the mountains of Vancouver Island, lovely sunsets, and the night lights of Campbell River.
