If you are looking for a casual, comfortable waterfront cottage, this property will be perfect for you! The shallow waterfront is wonderful for youngsters since the beach offers endless hours of beachcombing and the water becomes warm enough for swimming during the summer.
Swingset & Playground
The outdoor playground and swingset are a bonus for kids, and the outside area has a covered space that is perfect for weinie roasts. A good atmosphere for sitting around with some guitars and marshmallows!
Open Concept Living Area
The main floor of the Aframe beach house has an open concept kitchen, living area and dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a brand new dishwasher! The master bedroom, with Queen bed, and bathroom with shower and tub is also on this level.
Cathedral Ceilings and Natural Lighting
The high ceilings and numerous, large windows allow in plenty of natural light and offer ocean vistas and the wood ceilings and walls are warm and cosy.
Sleep-Overs in the Loft
Upstairs is the loft area, that is secured with a sturdy railing. This is kids’ heaven, and houses 2 quality double beds and one twin bed. The view to the beach and rocky ridges outside is spectacular.
Escape From Technology
No internet and no cell phone reception ensures a peaceful retreat from the world of technology. However, there is a television and movies for relaxing inside on rainy days.
Paddler’s Haven
Kayakers…bring your paddles! This is an ideal launch for exploring Heriot Bay and the Breton Islands by boat.
Additional complete second floor available for large groups
This additional complete living space has space to sleep 4 people comfortably. The lower level offers a similar layout to the top floor, open living space with kitchen, living room and second bathroom. A full view from the head to sealing living room windows offers a beach front vista all year round!
Access to a Private Dock
As a guest of the house you have complete access to a private dock for moorage of a larger boat with friends aboard or for your fishing and exploring with the family!
