Protected Swimming and Kayaking
The protected beach is good for swimming and pulling up small watercraft. The location is a great starting point for kayaking daytrips, small sailboats, and canoes. A natural trail leads up the bank to the house.

The house is conveniently located within walking distance to the shops and services in Heriot Bay.
Lots of Space
The entry way of the home has ample storage for sporting goods and outdoor equipment. A large great room spans the front of the house; the spacious living room, open dining room, and full kitchen share the panoramic view. Also on the main floor, 2 bedrooms (one with a queen bed and one with twin beds) and 1 ½ bathrooms are tucked behind these areas.
Kid Zone…Ping Pong, Bunk Beds and a Crib
On the lower level, also facing the waterfront, are 2 more bedrooms. One is set up for children, with a double/twin bunkbed, and another double bed, as well as toys. The other bedroom has a queen bed and gas fireplace, for the parents who win the short straw to sleep close to the kids. Between the two rooms is a sitting area with a rocking chair and crib, as well as direct access outdoors. In addition, on this level there is a full bath and an unfinished game room with a ping-pong table, a TV, and other games.
Multiple Family Dwelling
The house is furnished in a casual, informal style. With its large open common spaces, yet separate sleeping areas, it is ideal for extended family getaways.

A complimentary 200 minutes of long distance phonecalls within Canada and the United States is offered for each week-long rental.
Lovely Gardens
The hours of thought and labour put into the grounds is very apparent. Enjoy the nectarine trees and kiwi vines, and the little quiet areas throughout the yard.
