2 Bedroom Home with Lower Suite Available
Recently built, this home is fresh and modern, with vaulted ceilings designed to maximize the views and allow in the morning sunshine. The main floor has an open concept kitchen with easy access to the BBQ on the front deck, where we know you will spend the majority of your time soaking in the views! Comfortable furniture is placed around the fireplace to enjoy the cosiness on winter days, and the dining room table is perfect for a lengthy meal. The bedroom on this floor has a Queen bed, and a bathroom with shower & tub.
Upstairs is the master bedroom with King bed and a small living space that could either serve as a quiet office or a cosy movie-viewing nest. There is a small kitchenette tucked in the corner. The 2nd bathroom on this floor has a cute, oval soaker-tub.
Double Decks
Enjoy a 3-tiered outdoor space with the option of having coffee on the small deck off the master bedroom’s living quarters; wine with friends on the larger deck accessible from the main living area and kitchen; or have a quiet moment on the patio extending our from the ground floor suite.

No need to fight over channel choices here! Each floor has a medium-sized TV for your various viewing pleasures!
Add-On the Lower Suite
The advertised rental price is based on the usage of the top 2 stories and is spacious for a group of 4 guests. For an additional guest or two, please consider adding on the lower suite which houses a 3rd bedroom with Queen bed and 3rd bathroom. Please note that although there is a full kitchen downstairs, it has not been stocked for food preparation.
East Meets West
This home is named “Eastern Views” not only for the panoramic vista outside, but also for the Chinese decor brought back from eastern countries where the owners are presently teaching overseas.
Walk, Bike, Kayak
Another highlight of this property is the location and the proximity to the Heriot Bay community. Although you’ll miss it if you blink, this small gathering of amenities on the east side of Quadra Island includes a grocery store, pub, legion, post office, bike shop, kayak business, hiking trails, provincial park, gift shop and dining room….only a 10 minute walk away! Park your car and stretch your legs - bike rentals are available as well.
