Newly Renovated
This gorgeous home has just undergone a complete interior and exterior renovation in early 2009. We will continue to update exterior photos as the weather warms up and we are able to complete the landscaping which features plants native to the west coast. The exterior design has been carefully done to provide privacy from the neighbours without obstructing your fantastic view of the ocean.

Cliff House offers you the best of both worlds. Situated on a cliff with unobstructed views of Discovery Passage and Quadra Island, you look down on the ocean and have a fantastic point of view of the bird life in action. Eagles perch in the trees on the property, cruise ships slide by, and a road to the beach below is only steps away! The property is also walking distance to downtown Campbell River with its shops, restaurants, Farmers Market and Fishing Pier.

Loaded with Luxury!
The owner has created a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom “home away from home” for her guests. South Cliff House has all the amenities listed, as well as fireplaces in both the living room and library, a large outdoor deck with beautiful teak patio furniture, and steps leading down to a fire pit. All 3 bedrooms have luxurious linens and a television in each room. There are spectacular ocean views from all of the living areas, including the master bedroom, which has its own private deck. For your entertainment there is a television and DVD player in the living room and library, high speed Wifi Internet, a CD player with an Ipod Docking Station and AM/FM radio, and a bookcase stocked with books, games and DVDs.

South Cliff House Layout
This home has a living room, dining room, kitchen, full bathroom and laundry room on the main floor. The 3 bedrooms are all upstairs. The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are located on a small landing with another bathroom; one room has a Queen bed and the other can be changed into a king or 2 twin beds. The library has a queen sofa bed to create a 4th bedroom if needed.
Larger Groups
Perfect for a family reunion, fishing or golfing group, or any gathering requiring separate beds for adults, North & South Cliff House may be rented together as one large 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom home. The home will sleep 8 adults in separate beds, or house a total of 12 guests. The adjoining wall between the townhouses has a locked interior door which can be opened to allow groups access to the entire house. The privacy screen on the deck between the 2 units can be removed so larger groups can have full use of the 2 decks, 2 barbeques and 2 fire pits. Pricing for the full home is based on 6 guests: $540 or $570 per night and $2890 or $3190 per week for either low or high season dates. Please inquire for full details.
