In addition to all the amenities listed on the sidebar, Cliff House North has fireplaces in both the living room, the upstairs master bedroom and the optional third bedroom on the main floor, a television and DVD player in the living room, local telephone service with voice mail, a CD player with an Ipod Docking Station and AM/FM radio, cable television in each bedroom and a large outdoor deck with beautiful wood patio furniture with steps down to a fire pit. The home is beautifully furnished to ensure your comfort and enjoyment. The bookshelf is stocked with pocket books, games and movies.

North Cliff Layout
Please note the floor plan included in the photo gallery. The main floor of Cliff House North is an open concept design with ocean views from the galley kitchen, eating area and living room. Access to the large outdoor deck is from the living room. There is one bathroom with a large shower and washer/dryer on the main floor. Upstairs there is a spectacular master bedroom with a queen white leather bed and large bay windows offering a 270 degree view of the ocean. A fireplace in the corner and television makes this a very cozy retreat. The master bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with a 6 foot soaker tub and shower. The second upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and a sundeck which is perfect for catching the afternoon sun. The optional third bedroom is located on the main floor and is a luxurious ocean view bedroom complete with a king size bed, fireplace, television, lots of closet space and a glass sliding door leading to the outdoor patio.

Privacy
Although Cliff House North and South share one adjoining wall on the main floor only, every effort has been made to ensure guests enjoy privacy. The home has extra soundproofing in the adjoining wall and guests have separate entrances as well as their own deck and fire pit on the oceanfront side. A privacy fence divides the two garden areas without disrupting the ocean view.

Larger Groups
Perfect for a family reunion, fishing or golfing group, or any gathering requiring separate bedrooms, Cliff House South and North may be rented together as one large 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom home. The home will sleep 7 adults in separate beds, or house a total of 12 guests. Larger groups can have full use of the 2 decks, 2 barbecues and 2 fire pits. Pricing for the full home is based on 6 guests: $625/night for a 4 night minimum or $3750 for one week. Additional guests cost $25/night/guest. All reservations subject to a security deposit.

Easy Ocean Access
A paved road to the beach slopes down the Cliffside, and the paved sea walk runs right by the house….perfect for walking, cycling and rollerblading.
