Loaded with Luxury!!
This beautiful 1,100 square feet, 2 bedroom guest house is perfect for a romantic getaway, honeymoon, golf or ski holiday. It is best suited for 2 to 4 guests. In addition to all the ammenities listed on the sidebar, North Cliff House has fireplaces in both the living room and the master bedroom, a television and DVD player in the living room, a CD player with an Ipod Docking Station and AM/FM radio, a television in each bedroom, and a large outdoor deck with beautiful teak patio furniture with steps down to a fire pit. The guest house is furnished with beautiful, high-end furniture for your comfort and enjoyment. The bookcase is stocked with pocket books, games and DVDs.

North Cliff Layout
The main floor of North Cliff guest house is an open concept design with ocean views from the galley kitchen, dining area and living room. Access to the large outdoor deck is from the living room. There is one bathroom with a large shower and washer/dryer on the main floor. Upstairs there is a spectacular master bedroom with a queen bed and large Bay windows offering a 270 degree view of the ocean. A fireplace in the corner and television makes this a very cosy retreat. The master bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with a 6 ft. soaker tub and shower. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed for a second couple or kids. There is a separate deck from the guest bedroom facing west…fantastic for catching the afternoon sun!

Privacy
Although North & South Cliff House share one adjoining wall on the main floor only, every effort has been made to ensure guests enjoy privacy. The home has extra soundproofing in the adjoining wall and guests have separate entrances as well as their own deck and fire pit on the oceanfront side.

Larger Groups
Perfect for a family reunion, fishing or golfing group, or any gathering requiring separate beds for adults, North & South Cliff House may be rented together as one large 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom home. The home will sleep 8 adults in separate beds, or house a total of 12 guests. The adjoining wall between the townhouses has a locked interior door which can be opened to allow groups access to the entire house. The privacy screen on the deck between the 2 units can be removed so larger groups can have full use of the 2 decks, 2 barbeques and 2 fire pits. Pricing for the full home is based on 6 guests: $540 or $570 per night and $2890 or $3190 per week for either low or high season dates. Please inquire for full details.
