Cosy, Warm Winter Rental
The home has been lovingly renovated over the years to expose wooden beams on the ceiling and the living room has a warm glow from the fir and cedar trim. With both electric heat and a woodstove, this is a very cosy place to stay during the offseason. Large windows let in the sunlight and give views to the gardens outside.
Ideal for Families
The space is ideal for a families, or a group of friends who are visiting Quadra for a quiet, peaceful visit. The master bedroom is located on the main floor bedroom, and contains a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom including a lovely oval bathtub. The second bathroom is also on the main floor with a shower. The other sleeping area is upstairs in the loft; the steep stairs have a secure handrail to help you climb up to the upstairs level. The loft is open concept, with a 3 separate sections. The raised bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and skylight; the middle section has a sofabed which could be used as a quiet sitting room; and the 3rd space is a small, cosy space with a twin cot.
Romantic Private Getaway
Or, leave the rest of the gang at home, and enjoy a honeymoon, anniversary, or any excuse to shut out the rest of the world and appreciate each other. The hot tub is very secluded…perfect for skinny dipping!
Pantry Kitchen
The pantry kitchen is narrow, and well-organized with full amenities and plenty of storage room for your own supplies. The windows along the one side look into the dining room so you may keep an eye on the action around the dining table.
Gardens, Gazebo…See if you can find the Blue Moon!
The yard is great for playing, and is completely enclosed with deer fencing. A gazebo is a fun structure, and the outside patio is complete with a BBQ. Flower and herb gardens blend in with the natural plants and forest.
